SCHEDULE FOR THE TRIP

 

1. The trip has been changed from Shillong to Shimla

2. The winners will be going to Shimla on 13/10/2016

3. The taxi will pick up the students and the teachers from the school at 6:00 and we request all the students to be at their school gates positively at 5:30

4. All the trains in N.D. area will board 12011 KALKA SHATABDI EXPRESS

5. From New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS)

6. To KALKA JN. (KLK)

7. From Kalka the students will take a taxi which they will have to pay.

8. After reaching the students will tour Shimla and Manali or the nearby places till 18/09/2016

9. The students will go to Kalka again to board train

10. The students and teacher will board 12006 KALKA SHATABDI EXPRESS and will arrive in NDLS.

11. After which they will have to go to the school not to their home.

12. Parents can catch their wards in the school.

 

NOTE :- The schools should send the students and teachers entries till 07/10/2016 on our email. Including 2 photos, and any id proof. Even Shool ID will work, phone number, email, address, DOB, Competetion Participated, Position.
